Available NOW! Flour with higher protein content suitable for European breads, pizzas, bagels and croissants. It is enriched with high cereal proteins which yields strong gluten network and gives high volume and fine texture to the final baked product.
In accordance to our policy to constantly source better quality products suitable for our markets - We now have added APRICOT NAPPAGE (HOT GLAZE) to our products. Also, in addition to Red Cherry, Blueberry and Strawberry filling we now have RASPBERRY AND MANGO FRUIT FILLINGS (50% FRUIT).
We now also have Fruit Purees in dispensable bottles (1L). Flavours include BANANA, MANGO, PASSION FRUIT, PINEAPPLE AND STRAWBERRY. These aroma pastes are very flavourful and have excellent aroma and natural colour
We now have DARK CHOCOLATE COUVERTURE EL PAO FLUID with 58% Cocoa and 37% Cocoa Butter fat in 2kg flat bottom gusset bag.
It is made from a blend of beans of Ghana, Ecuador and Madagascar Origin without any lecithin emulsifier . Only Madagascar Black Vanilla Bourbon has been added.
